Daniel is a seasoned executive with a strong track record in the financing and development of mining ventures across Zimbabwe and Southern Africa. He is the founder and CEO of Discovery Resources (Pvt) Ltd, a commodity brokerage firm specialising in mineral transactions. Through Discovery Resources, Daniel has successfully brokered numerous high-value deals in key commodities including lithium, gold, chrome, and coal throughout the region. Daniel later established ZW Investments (PTY) Ltd, a Zimbabwe-based intermediary focused on opportunities in the natural resources and real estate sectors.
In 2024, Daniel was appointed as a director of Monaf Investments (Private) Limited, the in-country operating company of the Muchesu project. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening the partnership with Contango Holdings’ strategic investor, Huo Investments, supporting the project’s continued growth and development.
